Galaxy Store (Apps & more)Each time your phone is reset and your samsung account is added, the device is treated as a new device. That means your old device data will remain in find my mobile database.
Some times when you try to locate the device, you may be seeing the status of old device which is no more active.
So while using find my mobile, make sure you are viewing the status of the correct device.

Galaxy Store (Apps & more)Hello Adrian,I was also facing the same issue. So today I updated findmymobile from galaxy store and the issue got resolved (they resolved the issue in this update). So check for the update in Galaxy store and then update it.And then use findmymobile service again. It will work fine after update.
