volte wont support in phones purchased from uae which is using in india. you can try changing firmware of your phone to indian version. I dont know that the samsung care will do it or not.

on Google please have solved the problem by upgrading the firmware to Indian version. Samsung is now not bothered since you have already bought the phone. Samsung can provide the upgrade but they won't. Samsung customer care service is hopeless.

Visit the below link and download the INS firmware for S7. Flash it using odin. This will enable VOLTE on your device.
