Galaxy Si have already remote on in settings visited samsung care two times they said backend problem but from last seven days i am suffering unlock option is not coming in find my mobile all options are coming but it was company backend problem but no solution from last 7 to 8 days now i am fed up with the samsung service

Galaxy Ssame answer i am getting from last 8 days that's why i am saying samsung is still far behind in giving solution as compared to i phone for a small update for which i am complaining from last 8 days but samsung have no pain for his customer i have my face recognition on but still we are working in old modules now i am harassed and need resolution and time of solution

As per your concern, we want to inform you that as of now the unlock device option in Smart Thing temporarily not working but you can unlock your device by using the ‘Find My Mobile’ services by following the steps.
How to unlock your device using ‘Find My Mobile’ if forgot your PIN/Pattern/Password
Find My Mobile (FMM) is available for only those devices that have a Samsung account and have enabled “Remote Controls” in advance.
Note: Your device should be turned on, connected to a network, and registered on your Samsung account.
The 'Remote unlock' feature should be activated on your device.
Path: Settings > Biometrics and Security > Find My Mobile> Remote unlock
Please follow the below steps:
Step1: Go to Find My Mobile https://findmymobile.samsung.com and tap on 'Sign in’.
Step2: Enter your Samsung account ID & password
Step3: Click on ‘Sign in’
Step 4: Select the device and click on 'Unlock'.
Step 5: Tap on 'Unlock'.
Caution: All of the screen lock information (Pattern, PIN, Password, and Biometrics) on the device will be deleted.
Step6: Enter your Samsung account password & Click on ‘Next’
Your phone will be unlocked
If the issue is not resolved kindly visit the service center they will resolve your issue.
