Set a new pin in find my device and its showing 8 hrs ..and no option for unlock..doesnt find it a s a secure method ..as the owner itself cant unlock with smasung login and password...poor service

Sir i have issue that i forget my samsung device pattern i visited samsung service but  they are telling that data will be loos i tired to unlock in find my samsung mobile but all options are showing but unlock option is not showing what i will do pls
