I am using Samsung S21 fe Exynos variant since last 2 years
The phone is very good but the battery backup of this phone gives only around 3 hours of screen on time. Also the problem of over hit is very high

I have tried all this. It did not work, I showed it to the service centre also, they told me that since your phone is a flagship phone, hence you will get only this much battery backup. There is no problem with your phone and the battery is also good. In the case of overheating, he said that the outside atmosphere is hot, so your phone will definitely get hot

I have another phone from another company, although it has a 4000mAh battery. But it has 1.5 to 2 times more battery backup and screen on time than this.

I use Samsung S21 fe on 4G network but I don't see any difference. It gets drained very quickly in 5G. And the phone also gets heated very quickly.By the way, I neither play any games on this phone nor do I do any heavy task. I just told you that the other phone I have is Redmi K20 pro. It has only 4000 mAh battery. S21 fe is my first Samsung phone and I am very upset with it. I was planning to switch to S24 Ultra from this, but I heard from somewhere that that phone also heats up. So I am thinking of changing the plan. However, a few days ago I bought a new Samsung S9 tablet. I have not seen any problem with it and it is working perfectly. It just gets slightly hot normally, you can't even realise that it has become hot.And I am also satisfied with the battery backup. But the S21 FE has made me extremely sad

Same. This happened after the last software update. Battery backup is around 3 hours and even in locked it consumes so battery. New update made me sell this phone.
