I am writing to report a persistent issue I have been experiencing with my Samsung S25 device over the past week. Following a recent software update, I have noticed significant battery drain and overheating problems. The screen-on time has reduced considerably, and I now have to charge my phone twice a day, which was not the case earlier.
Additionally, the device tends to overheat, particularly when using the Instagram app for extended periods. I am unsure whether this is an app-specific issue or a problem with the device or the new software version.
I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible. Please advise on any troubleshooting steps or if a fix is expected in an upcoming update.
