samsung s20 plus overheating and battery 🔋 life

Dear samsung my samsung s20plus is very lagging while so many times.. it's overheating,, and 120hz is lag when heating issues , battery life is very bad .camera department is also not good as note10 plus why this happens with flagship devices.. 120hz is turns to 60hz when overheating... it's almost 50°c oh God  very bad mobile 📱..

After several days I could find a reasonable solution which works perfectly for me. Go to SETTINGS, BATTERY AND DEVICE CARE, BATTERY, BACKGROUND USAGE LIMIT, DEEP SLEEPING APP..

A added pretty much every app except my WhatsApp and Gmail which I need their notifications.

The result was awesome. But make sure close the apps always

For the attention of CEO, Samsung India:

My new Galaxy 20 Plus, which is hardly 24 hours old is overheating from the first time charge onwards. Samsung CEO team asked me to contact the nearest Service Center to complete the "process" to provide a resolution on this subject. I think, I have made a wrong decision to purchase a flagship product of Samsung and will have to waste more time to get this issue addressed by the concerned people.

Truly disappointed with this 80000 Rupees flagship phone. overheating, low battery life,slow speed than said I made a real dumb mistake. A Pity for you to be one of the "top" brands.

I am having nightmare using S20+ since 9th July2020. I have given samsung business worth 1.5Lakh in July because my father passed away with covid 19 and want to gift myself and family new handsets divert mind. However I have visited samsung service center with 46'c temperature and they said we can accept more than 49'c and I feel tortured after using this phone and associated with samsung for more than 20 years. If I don't get any resolution to me issue.

Purchased Samsungs20plus on 12th July'20. Its been around a month & the phone is overheating a lot. The average temperature is around 40°
Visited the service center, the technicians flashed & updated the phone to solve the bug. But, the heating issue is still persistent. shittiest purchase of my life.

my s20 plus repeatedly heats up. battery drains too fast. just 10 days old phone and this is happening since day 1.
camera is just ok. samsung needs to fix it to regain it's reputation

I have solved the Over heating Problem of Samsung S20...go to Settings-connections-Data Usage...TURN ON DATA SAVER and Stop all the app using background data usage except WhatsApp and important messaging apps, MAINLY STOP THE GOOGLE PLAY SERVICE BACKGROUND DATA USAGE
