Hello friends how are you i cant edit my samsung account profile dob date of birth and at 17 october 2024 I got someone from ireland update my personal profile alert but my phone has no issue on battery, installing unknown apps, overheating, my all setting are same and also i scan my phone by avast anitivirus it tell not found any virus, and i deep scan also
Is my samsung account and my phone hacked? please help me guys i am worried about it
As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to edit your profile in Samsung account.
Path: 1. On your phone or tablet. 2. Open the Settings app on your device. 3. Tap Samsung account at the top of the screen. 4. Tap Profile info. 5. Edit your desired information, such as your birth date or preferred nickname.
In case the issue still occurs, kindly report the problems with a log file. Also, share video clips and images for better understanding.
