Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to edit your profile in Samsung account.
Path: 1. On your phone or tablet.
2. Open the Settings app on your device.
3. Tap Samsung account at the top of the screen.
4. Tap Profile info.
5. Edit your desired information, such as your birth date or preferred nickname.
In case the issue still occurs, kindly report the problems with a log file. Also, share video clips and images for better understanding. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.)
