Green Lines on Galaxy S21 FE – Replacement Charges Question

I've recently noticed green lines appearing on my Galaxy S21 FE screen. After reaching out to customer service and waiting about two weeks, they finally agreed to replace the screen. However, they informed me that I’d need to cover some charges: 18% GST on the screen which is roughly around 1938 INR, a 225 INR fee for tape, and an additional 500 INR (including GST) as a labor charge. In total 2663 INR.

FYI, my phone is 2 years old. Does anyone know if these prices sound accurate, or if there’s a standard fee for this kind of repair?

Yes I got 1 line after October update and now there are 4 lines
