I think Samsung didn't have an update for Samsung music. Also, the edge lighting option while playing music is gone. Anyone here experiencing the same?

Yes i have the same experience on they included (Dolby atoms) in the Equalizer setting and excluded (edge lighting) but i believe they will roll out a better updated music Player soon.

why would they remove such a cool feature 😖 btw Samsung music app stops playing music when the screen is off after the recent update...

I tried mine, it is working fine even the screen is off.
