Don't buy the samsung smart phone. I'm using this s9+ for 5 months and now its lagging while playing pubg. It's not a nerwork issue. Some part of screen are not working well while playing pubg. The phone offers 6GB ram and 64 GB internal. While the iphone 6 offering 2GB ram are better. The pubg game running smoothly without any lag. Go for iphone and 1plus phone. But don't ever make a mistake buying samsung phone. Its a trash. I'm not happy with this phone.

i have played Asphalt 9, need for speed no limit & pubg in my s9, but i didn't faced any problem.

asphalt 9 is okay for me, but pubg and cod at high graphics setting is getting phone heated

Hi there,

Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:

1- Update the pubg game application.

2- Kindly re- installs pubg game. 

3- Go to settings > apps > pubg > storage > clear cache.

4- Clear the RAM memory of device (Settings > Device care > Memory > Clean Now).

5- Stop the background running app (Tap on the left soft key and close all the running apps).
