I've been noticing horizontal lines across my whole screen specially when I'm in the Home Screen regardless of different resolutions.

Samsung is charging me 1450dirhams in screen replacement here in Dubai mall and there reason is the screen is not covered in warranty. Is there any possible way in samsung to fix my screen? Help!!

physical damage isn't covered by warranty so if you've shattered your screen you must pay for it.
