bought my galaxy s7 edge 5 days ago and updated to nougat the next day .after that sometimes i get error while trying to open youtube app , voice and video calls via social apps like whatsapp & fb messenger dont connect and the notification alerts dont work even when the phone is in general mode , it only vibrates.have to restart the phone time and again but that helps only for an hour or so and the prb starts agn.plz suggest .thnx.
Brother here so many s7/s7edge users facing same problem, u don't worry we'll get nxt upgrade in 2018 please wait for it still samsung sleeping don't disturb.

Please be aware that device speeds may vary based on multiple outside factors. It appears that there may be a third party app or other program that may be leading to what you are experiencing. Placing your device in safe mode disables all third party apps upon startup, to help determine if the use of a third party app is interfering with your device .restart your phone in safe mode. While your phone is powered off, press the power button to turn on the phone, once you see the Samsung logo appear press the volume down key and hold it until you have completely booted up. Also, the relevant department may serve you better/speedily, if you can provide logs/video by registering this feedback in Error Section (Samsung Members App -> Feedback -> Questions/Errors -> Create -> Error reports).
tried everything..in safe mode too..but the problem persists.also tried getting help from samsung techies via smart tutor but dey have no idea whats wrong.it has been abt 4 months now..n prb is getting worse.the phone automatically goes to silent mode and videos stop buffering.any one can suggest anything? wud b a grt help.thnx.!!
