• Current Software Version:
• Android Version: [ Android 15]
• One UI Version: [One UI 7 ]
• Issue Started After: Latest software update (date:Before 1 june one ui 7 Update)
📌 Issues Observed:
• Notification Issue:
• Sometimes notifications do not appear at all.
• Inconsistent behaviour: sometimes works, sometimes fails.
• Battery Percentage Mismatch:
• Status bar shows incorrect battery % (e.g. shows 73% but actual battery is ~50% in Settings).
• Fingerprint Sensor Malfunction:
• Works intermittently; sometimes stops responding entirely until phone is restarted.
• Bluetooth Issue:
• When turned on, sometimes cannot be turned off from quick settings or settings menu.
• Alarm
• Alarm is not ringing
• Restarted device multiple times.
• Cleared cache partition from recovery mode.
• Updated all apps from Play Store & Galaxy Store.
• Reset network settings.
📌 Impact:
These issues affect daily usability — missing notifications, inaccurate battery info, unreliable fingerprint unlocking, and unstable Bluetooth make the phone unreliable for work and communication.
📌 Request to Samsung:
Kindly investigate and provide a software patch or instructions to resolve these post-update bugs. These issues were not present before the latest update.

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.
Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
