hi community,
just want you are suggestions as we have samsung users here who might have any work around. actually in april I backed up all my phone to samsung cloud as i was planning to visit service center for work around for battery issue. That not worked out. Then after 15 days one ui 7 relased for s23. I upgraded to it but after 2 -3 days, I reseted my phone for my personal reasons.
this time i only backed up inportant documents and images from my phone .
after reset accidentally that old back up which i did intially that got restored by me .Initially I ignored this things as that is not a issue. After in few days I noticed one of my app give me minor glitch , glitch is that app I can't open in one go I have to click twice. that thing was not persistent so i ignored. but from past few days I am facing major battery drain even if I am not using that. ideal battery drain increased as well as app like uber in use draining 5-7% battery in 10-15 mins..also noticing some minor glitches.
now I am thinking that,is it that whole backup restore which restores old setting preferences and apps are giving this glitches. Just want to know if there is a need of reset as system might have old redundant system setting ?

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your query, we would like to inform you that as you are facing glitches after the recent update on your device applications, we recommend resetting your device once. This may help improve the performance and potentially resolve the issue.

If you continue to experience problems after the reset, please consider sharing your log files with our error report team. Additionally, providing video clips and images can offer us a better understanding of the issue, which will aid in our investigation.

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support
