Whenever i watch any HDR video on YouTube the screen brightness goes up very high and it decreases automatically once i close the video

It brighten video ofcourse but who know how much is too much in your case

I keep device at 30% brightness at and adaptive outside, HDR videos don't brighten that much like how you are implying 🙂

When you playing HDR video on youtube, the HDR feature is activated as Brightness is automatically increased for HDR effect... So it's all about how HDR feature works...
