Hello all,
I am experiencing heating issues with my new s20 device.it heats by simply watching youtube videos.why am i experiencing these issues.samsung please fix these issues.This is a premium device but feels like third grade device.

Put a case for now. Though glass phones do tend to heat.

should've not bought exynos version at all. watch mrwhosetheboss video for reference. should've somehow bought snapdragon version or wait till next year Samsung's expected to shut down their own CPU production so everyone would get snapdragon version.

Kindly perform the below mentioned step to turn off that feature:
1) Long duration of graphics intensive gaming sessions heat up the device. Kindly avoid it.
2) Avoid usage of mobile phone when charging.

 

If the issue still persists kindly attach the log file and send it to us in the Samsung member application(attach when the issue occurs within first 15 minutes of the occurrence of the issue.):-
Samsung Members App > Feedback >Error report > Attach log file.

Battery life depends on how the battery is used. Note that different devices have different battery life. The expected battery life for your model can be found in the manual.

 

Be assured below given steps would help you out to solve the overheating issue which you are facing :-
1) Turn off Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth etc and other connectivity features when not using them.
2) Decrease the screen brightness.
3) Close background running apps.
4) Uninstall the unnecessary apps,Long duration of graphics intensive gaming sessions.

 

If issue still persist please do send the log file via, Samsung member > Get help > Send feedback > Error reports > Select Symptom category. So that we can provide you the better assistance.(Note:-You are requested to send it within 15 minutes of problem occur).
