Probably a miner in your phone.

Miners, as in Block chain Miners who use the processing power of your phone to Mine Cryprocurrenicies. This usually happens due to you installing some unsecured application in your mobile phone which contains malicious code. This malicious code then injects itself in the kernel of the system and diverts its processing power towards mining. Mining involves solving cryptographic problems, hence it stresses your CPU, which draws more power which leads to overheating. A simple Google search doesn't overheat your Phone. My advice would be to completely reset your phone and only and only download any apps from Google play only.
