Hello @samsung
I am also facing same issue after July 2024 security patch update. 
I have tried, reboot, resetting the network settings, even i did factory reset but still it is showing same... unable to use network. 
I have visited 2 samsung service centre they are also unable to fix it, they are directly asking for motherboard change.

yes, i was waiting for August update. yesterday I got update and updated the mobile, still showing same issue.

They will provide you with original parts at a genuine cost. The charges are applicable to the repair which was already confirmed by the service team. @ samsung, this same issue I was facing after may 2024 update then i visited to service centre, they asked to replace motherboard, but i have waited for june 2024 update, after updating june 2024 the issue was resolved....and again after July 2024 update i got same issue.
so there is one thing is very clear that this is not about hardware issue this is software issue because this issue happened only after software update.

its common for me also.....i just have to restart when this issue occurs...if you go for service center they may be ask you change the antenna or the board
