s10 lite YouTube video play option available only 480p

In S10 lite YouTube play option video quality available only 480p even though phone supports 4k videos.Please help to resolve this issue

Due to pandemic situation going on for the last 3 months YouTube has restricted YouTube App quality to 480p.

due to high use of internet because of covid youtube toned down the video quality highest to 480p
