Problems with my S24 Ultra

I recently upgraded from S23 ultra to S24 ultra. Unfortunately my experience with new S24 ultra is very dissatisfying. Here are the problems I am facing.

1. Phone heating issue even with normal use.

2. Display colours are dull while watching youtube videos on my S24ultra compared to S23ultra.

3. Photos taken with portrait option are not at all sharp.

4. Video calls are not clear in 5g network, I was using same sim in my S23ultra and it use to be very sharp and clear.

5. They say cameras are improved on this but I don't see any change except additional zoom in portrait mode which is not useful if portrait images aren't sharp and clear.

6. They removed curved display and now phone doesn't feel premium to me but this one is my personal opinion.

7. AI features are good but same were also available on S23ultra after recent software update so I don't feel any change.

8. It has Titanium body but not sure what is so special about this.

Unfortunately it was a bad decision which I took, if there is any possibility I want to return this phone and get my refund.

Not so bad decision but all ur concerns about performance and all other stuff are going to better with one ui 6.1.1 and one ui 7 update so we have to wait for some time

When we buy expensive phone all these issues should not be seen. I understand issues in mid range Samsung phones and they can take time to fix those but expensive phone like s24ultra should not have issues which makes it inferior to it's previous version.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. I have S22 plus. It is the best phone not a single problem. All problems you mentioned will be solved with upcoming updates in S24 ultra. So please wait for updates. I did not buy S23 series and S24 series. I will buy directly S25 series.

I would advise to buy s23ultra before it disappears from market. Who knows if s25 series will be good or bad

Front Camera quality of s24 ultra is not upto the mark , i compare it with s23 (not ultra ) there is big difference in colour quality nd other qualities like sharpness please Samsung do something about this concern, also for the rear cam this is the same issue like it's not very good as the s23 ultra camera not satisfied, heating issue is also but that's okkk I'll manage that but please do something about Camera's of s24ultra

It's not camera it's display issue.. colours are not sharp in S24ultra.. Just take any youtube video and compare it with S23ultra or S22ultra both of the previous versions are better
