I recently bought a Samsung Rugged Gadget Case for my Samsung S23 Ultra, but within 3 months, the stand developed an issue (it became very loose, unlike when I first bought it). 😤

I spoke to customer care, but the executive seemed clueless. 😒 The case is quite expensive compared to other brands, yet it's the one that's given me trouble. 💸

Samsung, I need a proper fix for this. I expect better support from your side. 🆘 #SamsungSupport #GadgetFail
