Regarding my issue on samsung gadget case πŸ“± I had a conversation with samsung customer executive πŸ‘¨β€πŸ’Ό and confirmed that the product has 6 months of warranty πŸ“… and the customer executive told me to visit the nearest customer. πŸšΆβ€β™‚οΈ so that I had visited the service centre 🏒 and had a conversation with the manager. πŸ‘¨β€πŸ’Ό but he told the warranty will be availed for the electronic product πŸ“± not for the case. πŸ™…β€β™‚οΈ but I had shown him the proofs 🧾 what the customer executive told me. also he had examined the product πŸ”Ž and told that it is defect ❌ but we cannot claim warranty. 🚫 then why the Samsung gives warranty for the case πŸ“± and why this product is so expensive. πŸ’° this is my wrost 😑 experience as a premium customer. πŸ‘‘

I bought it from samsung shop app man. if you say it is duplicate then I think samsung is selling the duplicate products to us.. 😑 😑
