My s21 plus phone's power and volume button fell off on its own. Firstly the power button fell off and then the volume button after a month. Samsung rejected to fix it under warranty. Fyi, as per Samsung it has dent and scratch on the mobile corner thus my warranty is void. When I objected, they agreed that there is no dent and saying now that it's a hard scratch and we can't help.
My phone doesn't have any such issue near the button area but still they refused to fix it.
It mean that if any damage happens to my phone in any part of mobile whether it's screen or body then they will not cover it in warranty. We pay lots of money to Samsung and they provide this type of after sales support. #s21plus #s21 #button #warranty #repair #Samsung

Yes, it's in a mall and entire mall is closed due to covid restrictions.
