I update my phone from odin app and when he combletd show a lock icon at the top left corner of the screen.and touch not working my phone is samsung s21 ultra?

Please don't install updates from anu 3rd party resource it maybe can harm your device and try factory resetting your device if you can.

Remove google account before flashing or factory reseting to avoid that problem
