Complete List of Issues (S21 FE – Android 15 / One UI 7)

1. Battery Drain:
  • Noticeably faster battery consumption after the update.
2. Always-On Display (AOD) Issues:
  • Strange notification icon showing in the upper-left corner.
  • Charging animation appears off-center, slightly to the left of the screen.
3. Autocorrect UI Problem:
  • In dark mode, when tapping on a word, the autocorrect popup appears in light mode
  • Text and background both are light-colored, making it hard to read
4. Swipe Gesture Issue for Notification Panel:
  • Cannot swipe down from middle-right side of home screen to open the notification panel.
  • Works only from top-left or top-right corners.

Note : After the update, I've factory reset my phone.

 I like the animations though.

In one ui 7, they have shifted the notification icons from centre to top left corner. It is not an issue, but minor change in UI.

the charging icon appearing off-center is a major UI bug. As for the AOD notification icon, I understand it's subjective—some may like it, but personally I don't, and I’ve seen many Samsung users complain about it too. That’s why I felt it was worth reporting.

I can understand what you are saying & YOU'RE RIGHT ABOUT YOUR TASTE. The position of the Battery icon in AOD may seem odd to some people and Some may love that.

And Regarding charging icon: If you can, please provide us some pictures of the issue, I will try to provide you some solutions.

As you can see, the battery icon (Which was at centre in one ui 6) is also have changed it's position. From centre to Top Right Corner.

I Hope this explanation helped you to understand the Changes.

The charging animation off center issue is irregular—it appears sometimes and sometimes it doesn't. So I don't have a image for that. I’ve shared the rest of the issues images
