I’ve been a loyal Samsung user since my childhood, having proudly owned models like the Galaxy S3, C9 Pro, A70, S22 Plus, and currently, the Galaxy S24 Ultra. I've always appreciated the innovation and quality that Samsung delivers.
However, I’ve recently noticed a significant issue with my Galaxy S24 Ultra. While the device is in sleep mode (with no usage), it experiences a battery drain of nearly 10–15%, which seems unusually high. This is affecting the overall user experience, especially considering the device is expected to be power-efficient with its latest hardware and software optimizations.
Given the premium nature of the S24 Ultra, I kindly request your team to investigate and address this potential bug. I’m confident in Samsung’s commitment to excellence and hope for a timely update or fix.
