Phone switches mobile data between sim1 and sim2... 

I switched sim2 off, when you go to a garage and exit, now the phone disconnects the data and I have to do it manually everytime and choose data to use sim1. Samsung Note 10 did the exact same thing. 

I complained about the note 10, I was ignored by samsung, this time I promise to keep complaining until they care.

I have put a video on you tube, I can replicate the problem when I restart the phone, but can't replicate the random ones.

Hey, I will try my best to assist. Before I proceed could you confirm if those sim cards are working on other devices?

thank you finally I am getting someone attention, I have a dual sim xz2 and xperia 2, both work flawlessly on the device, they don't switch around and when sim is off its never an issue in the sony.

but in the s21 and note 10... they switch around. and when one is off, I always have to turn it on manually

the problem is not solved, there is a glitch in the programming, I have sent 9 reports, I hope you guys look at it.

anne by turn it on manually I mean the data on sim1 needs to be switched on manually every now and then.

I turned it on, restarted the phone... data went to sim2 although I wanted it to stay on sim1... I assure you once I go to the garage and leave the building... the data will flip from sim1 to sim2.

and in the case I switch sim2 off, the data will get stuck on empty and manually have to switch data from empty to sim 1 like I always do

How about if you swap the sim slots? If it still persist my best option would be to record the exact issue abd report it on help section. Samsung engineer staff will contact you soon and will provide support.

I did the switch twice, didn't fix it, data is always after my Google fi sim, however today I did send 5 or 6 different reports... hopefully they would contact me in the next few days... I just feel Google fi somehow has something to do with it's settings is forcing my phone to always chose it as the main data... the problem is, it forces it to roam without the indication of roaming..... it charges my fi data in UAE...

but in the Sony, no issue... so I don't know. and it's not a hardware issue.
