Phone switches mobile data between sim1 and sim2... 

I switched sim2 off, when you go to a garage and exit, now the phone disconnects the data and I have to do it manually everytime and choose data to use sim1. Samsung Note 10 did the exact same thing. 

I complained about the note 10, I was ignored by samsung, this time I promise to keep complaining until they care.

I have put a video on you tube, I can replicate the problem when I restart the phone, but can't replicate the random ones.

hello,

10 days after I have taken the phone to a samsung service center... I heard nothing, not even from you... I hope people see how long it takes for responses.

I found people complaining on a similar issue in another samsung, it seems the only fix is to get other brands.

day 12.... I got an update, doesn't fix the glitch.... I am sure the update is general and not specifically to fix the glitch in the software.

With the crappy samsung service that did nothing for me, I have decided to sell the phone, the new xiaomi ultra 11 is a killer phone with much much much better customer service... Screw you samsung for wasting my money

I have the same issue in Italy, also with a Google Fi SIM card.  I've turned off the Fi SIM, but will notice at some point that I have no data connection, and the preferred mobile SIM in SIM card manager is blank.  When I select SIM card 1, in instead goes to OFF, then when I again select SIM card 1, it correctly switches to SIM 1.  Within a few hours, it will again go blank and leave me with no data connection.  It seems to be related to Google Fi, I haven't had the problem with other SIMs.  I've ended up just removing the Fi SIM, which completely defeats the purpose of having a dual SIM phone.

Hi,

You can follow below steps:

- From Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Search for network or search manual > Select the right network.

- From Network Mode > LTE Auto connect.

- Then Restart the phone.

- If the same issue exists, please open Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings > Enter the PIN of the screen > Reset network settings.

- Try another SIM card.

- Otherwise, please contact the network provider or Samsung support team

Is there any update to this issue. I am on One Ui 4.1, s21 ultra. Data drop still happens intermittently when using dual sim. Single sim works fine on data.
