Add the same fingerprints to all the available. for eg. if you used your left thumb put that like 3 times in the setting. it works

Thanks for your query. We feel many users have already got this. We would like you to try these steps in sequence to resolve issue :
- Keep your fingers and the home button dry
- Check in diagnostic mode (*#0*# -> Sensor -> Fingerprint -> Normal-Scan) if fingerprint sensor is working or not
- Run your phone in safe mode ( Restart Handset -> when Samsung logo appears on the screen, Long press volume down key and keeps pressing it -> Tap safe mode label at bottom left side )
If the problem is still continuing in the Safe Mode as well, then there might be some issues in the device. To Exit from Safe Mode, kindly restart the device, or switch off then switch on the handset.
- Perform “ Factory Reset” after taking backup of whole important data which is save in your phone internal memory.
- Lastly, visit service center to get help on this issue.
