We trust on you @SamsungIndia so that your duty is to take care of your consumer's concern.I mailed to you over my SAMSUNG GALAXY S23 display lining issue after updating ONE UI 7 & not received any single reply from your team yet. AS A PREMIUM CONSUMER I EXPECT QUICK RESOLUTION..

This is so unacceptable from a brand like ScAMSUNG
So many users are complaining about the battery and green/pink line issues but Samsung is doing nothing and they are too involved in OS updates as they've promised for 4 to 7 years of updates and forget other issues
It's like we will keep our promise we give you 7 years of OS updates but will not fix BUGS

All these issues are coming after updating to ONE UI 7

ScAMSUNG wants us to change our phones every 2-3 years

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members app as error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to other users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

At Samsung, we always aim to provide impeccable services to our customers, and we highly regret that you feel this way.

Please follow these easy troubleshooting steps which may help in resolving this issue:

● Kindly restart your device once: To power off through Quick settings, swipe down from the top of the screen. Tap the Power icon in the upper right of the screen (next to the Settings icon), and then tap Power off. Kindly power buttons on the device after by pressing power for 5-7 seconds.

● Update software on device: apps screen > Settings > Software update > Download and install > Download > Install now

● Reset the device:
Note: Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite. Remember Google password before resetting the device because it required during initial setup. If you don't remember the password, then reset (Forgot password) your google account.

Settings > General Management > Reset > Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup > Factory data reset (This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.)

If the issue still occurs, please visit the service center for a physical inspection of your device. You can locate your nearest service center with this given link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/

My s22 mobile display got Green line on 1st of Jan after software update out of warranty after repeated request samsung changed my mobile display free of cost samsung service center and samsung customer support don't provide free replacement open my galaxy app send email to Samsung care + you will get positive reply first you must get job card from Samsung service center try your luck
