Head to settings and turn on developers options then head down and you will see a option for icon shape..it has different option you can choose any one of it and then restart your phone and your icon shape will be changed..the accent colour is not yet working.

 have an S10 plus and I can change all the other apps shapes except any app related t Samsung. My icon folders, Samsung app, and Samsung affiliated apps remain as their default
