I bought Samsung s8 mobile with Samsung website along with hdfc cash back offer on Jul 6th
when I bought my mobile the offer document stated cash back will be provided before sep end, September passed I haven't received cashback

contacted customer care on oct first week this time they said cashback to be processed by oct end, now oct passed still cashback not processed

now today I contacted support they say 180 days to process cashback...

totally cheating customers Samsung

i talked to hdfc and they told me that the cashback for july offer will be credited by 15 dec..let me know if anyone has received

I called hdfc they put ball on Samsung court as it is vendor offer

i escalated to level 2 in hdfc bank and after 10 days i got reply saying my 15 dec i will get cashback.but so far not yet received..initialy hdfc guys told me tht the offer is only from offline stores but i showd them the t and c of samsung offer
