cashback from hdfc not received and executives keep on telling reasons

I bought Samsung s8 mobile with Samsung website along with hdfc cash back offer on Jul 6th
when I bought my mobile the offer document stated cash back will be provided before sep end, September passed I haven't received cashback

contacted customer care on oct first week this time they said cashback to be processed by oct end, now oct passed still cashback not processed

now today I contacted support they say 180 days to process cashback...

totally cheating customers Samsung

We note from your e-mail that you had sought for cashback for the online purchase of Rs.45,900.00 incurred at M/s.WWW SHOP SAMSUNG COM GURGAON IND with regard to your credit card account. Basis your comments expressed we had taken up your query for appropriate review and we would like to inform you that the offer is valid for in-store purchase applicable on Pine Labs Brand EMI Machine for which cashback has already been posted to eligible card holders.

 

However we note from records that you are seeking the same offer for online transaction incurred in card account, hence request you to liaise with the merchant directly for further clariifcation. We seek your earnest understanding and co-operation in this regard.

I got one in July for me and another in August through different hdfc cards...got cashback for my August purchase....jul yet to receive...both through same channels...last update they asked my invoice...after posting in social media and escalated some from Samsung called and promised to address before Jan first week...waiting for same

This is with reference to your email dated December 27, 2017 regarding your HDFC Bank credit card account. 

 

We have noted the concerns expressed in your mail regarding the cash back credit towards the transaction of Rs. 52,110.00 incurred at M/s. WWW SHOP SAMSUNG COM GURGAON IND on July 23, 2017.

 

As confirmed earlier, the offer at HDFC Bank was applicable only  for in-store transactions done on Pine Labs Brand EMI Machine. We observe that the mentioned transaction was incurred online.

 

We observe from the offer details that the offer was also applicable for Online Transactions incurred at Samsung Shop i.e. Samsung e-store and Flipkart only (“Online Outlet”) are eligible for the offer. However, the said offer towards online transactions was offered by the Merchant. Hence, we request you to liase with the merchant for cash back towards the online transaction.

i talked to samsung again...as per them there has been some delay in july cashback and will be credited by jan 15th. for aug transactions cash back has been already credited.

even I spoke yesterday and it was such a stupid processing and reason they said....first they will process for those who bought in EMI followed by persons bought in full payment and wait till January end for same😂
