I bought Samsung s8 mobile with Samsung website along with hdfc cash back offer on Jul 6th
when I bought my mobile the offer document stated cash back will be provided before sep end, September passed I haven't received cashback

contacted customer care on oct first week this time they said cashback to be processed by oct end, now oct passed still cashback not processed

now today I contacted support they say 180 days to process cashback...

totally cheating customers Samsung

Yes I did....I enrolled Samsung pay and same card has been added to it first and haven't added other cards due to cashback

i think hdfc revised the cashback time to 120 days from 90 days recently so u might get it in sometime.

I am not talking about this particular case but in almost every "T&C" you will find a statement written that company can change the T&Cs without prior notice. so....
