I purchased samsung galaxy S7 edge from UAE and am trying to use in India with Reliance jio. Have done with all the updates as directed, Internet is working fine but unable to make/receive call & to send & receive message. Please suggest how to troubleshoot.
Samsung UAE model don't have the feature of volte. you need to install app from play store jio4gvoice in this way you will be able to use jio SIM .Other options is to go to Samsung sevices centre and try to install the Indian version of software in your phone to enable volte options.
