Bluetooth connectivity issues on S23 ultra aftr one UI 6 update

Anybody facing issues with Bluetooth after one UI 6 on S23?
After the ongoing call is disconnected from the phone the connected bluetooth devices (watch,connected car etc)still showing that the same call is ongoing!!!!!
Very annoying..
Can't use the watch for next call
Car will not resume media
Buds will not continue the music..
At the same time evrything perfect on the phone...

settings
general management
reset
reset all settings

Please be noted that reset all settings, will not affect your data, only your settings will be back to default. If the issue still persist, we kindly request you to submit an error report to our dedicated technical team. Your cooperation in this matter is highly appreciated. Please follow the outlined steps below to initiate the error reporting process:

Long press the Samsung Members icon on the Apps screen and Tap Error reports.
Tap OK on the agreement popup to send system log data.
Select Symptom category.
Describe the problem in detail and SEND.

Regarding the issue that your facing with your watch, please follow the pbelow steps to send an error report. Please ensure you raise an Error Report within 5 minutes of the issue occurring on your Galaxy device. While raising an Error Report it is important that you DO NOT close the Samsung Members app while log files are being generated.

Tap on the text box and explain the issue you are facing with your Galaxy device. If you would like to add any screen recordings or screenshots to your error report tap on paperclip icon. Once you are ready to send your error report select send icon
Please ensure Send system log data is ticked.

Hello، I can not pair mu Ultra 23 to my car bloototh??? I can not see the car bloototh name on the phone list 😒 😑? Help plz
