boot loop and crashing issue on s22 ultra after One UI 6.1 update

All of a sudden, my phone just went into boot loop for hours and sometimes it turns on only to crash after a couple of minutes. I read in the community plus various other places that this issue started after the One UI 6.1 update. My phone is out of warranty and the price for replacing the motherboard is pretty expensive. With so many people facing the same issue, why hasn't samsung still taken up any responsibility for this. S22 ultra being their flagship phone and only few years old this is unacceptable. Service center said that samsung is addressing the green line issue due to the same UI 6.1 update by giving free screen replacements but seems to have taken no responsibility for the motherboard issue caused due to their update. My phone is not even 2 years old and spending so much money to buy their flagship phone only to be able to use it for couple of years is simply disappointing. What can one do to escalate this issue high to bring it to notice and for them to acknowledge and help us out with it?

it wasn't helpful. This problem is not only faced by me but plenty of other people too after the One UI 6.1 update. It seems to be a global issue. The price for replacing the motherboard is way too high for something which is not even my fault, but the fault of the update rolled out by Samsung. How do I escalate this to higher authorities?

Provided solution is useless, i reached out to service center 3 times then too i didnt got the solution.

I’m writing to share my frustration with the recent One UI 6.1 update on my Galaxy S22 Plus. Since updating, my phone frequently freezes, lags, and restarts on its own, making it difficult to use. As a loyal Samsung customer, I expected better quality control, especially for such a crucial update on a flagship device.

Same issue . My s22 ultra 1 TB phone suddenly went into boot loop 2 weeks ago. Will not goto safe mode. Service center folks are saying have to replace mother board which will cost inr rs 38000. I can buy another good phone at this cost. This is a lot of money and data lost. Very bad support from Samsung. I am frustrated.I am a loyal Samsung customer who has purchased only Samsung phones, air-conditioners, fridge, microwave TV in the past . I am thinking of moving to another brand which is more stable . Samsung could atleast have the courtesy to fix the problem or replace the phone 😡🤬

Regd the boot loop issue. Gave my Samsung S22 ultra to the Service Center, got a job sheet as requested by a representative from Samsung head office on Nov 26th. I was promised by the representative that I will get a solution by 29th Nov. I have been waiting for a call from them. Tried calling back several times but in vain. Even after repeated requests on Social media, I have not received a call. This is pathetic service for a flagship product.

My S22 ultra crashed in the mid of November. Same issue. Boot loop and would not go to safe mode. Customer care is saying motherboard is gone.
