My S22 recently got the One UI 8 update and right after it keeps boot looping and ocasionally move forward and crash shortly then boot looping again. After a restart, it freeze for a while, then shuts down, then comes again with boot looping. Got mad to a point then I did a factory reset, yet the same. I got a security update for my devide, hoping that would fix, yet the boot continues to haunt at no fault of mine. My trust in Samsung software update has grown weak as the previous update got me a green line on the display and this one is doing the worse.

Even lesser heavy apps crashes right after you click them. Every single time, I send the boot log but no fix yet.

They informed that the motherboard needs to be replaced, with an estimated cost of ₹22,500. Given that this issue arose following a software update, shouldn't Samsung be held accountable for the malfunction?
