accidental touch in pocket

when my phone is in my pocket and locked my phone touch is working taking screenshots, dailing numbers,opening camera,flashlight etc...when out from pocket accidental touch protection will on...it is very frustrating is anyone facing same problem on s20 fe 5g.

i don't think its tempered problem cause in past few days i changed 3 tempered glasses...i think its software issue in proximity sensor
