Issue:
Screen appears as yellow ting with reduced contrast on my Samsung S10e model (Purchased in Aug 2019). At times it is restored to the original screen appearance. (No definite rhythm observed to this changes) This happened after an update done in first week of Aug 2020 (It was an automatic update by Samsung). Till then the phone was perfectly fine. There is no physical or water damage to the phone at all. No recent new apps were installed prior to occurrence of this issue.

Approach:
I contacted your technical support team. Following were the instructions given 1. Start the phone in SAFE MODE and check if the issue is resolved 2. Uninstall recently loaded apps 3. Visit Samsung service center and get the phone software updated

Action:
Step by step all the above instructions were followed; however, the issue was NOT resolved. I had completely formatted the phone and reinstalled everything (Later had to connect to my login account to get the data back)

Suggestions/Comments:
One thing different observed after the reset was, during the charging of phone, the screen appears normal (ie. without yellow ting and reduced contrast). But otherwise the phone screen is mostly in the yellow ting with reduced contrast appearance. This seems to be a software issue as I have found many comments posted by others about this type of issue on different forums, particularly related to the Samsung “S Series” phones. Samsung S series is a premium & expensive phone, my request is to investigate this issue at the earliest and provide a concrete solution. Purchasing a premium phone and using with such issue is really disheartening.

Thanks

Try this option
Go to settings & turn the option "Always on display"
Whenever you lock the screen, wait for an couple of seconds before you unlock. This will partially solve the issue.
However if you get any incoming call the screen would again turn to a yellow ting. Otherwise the yellow ting would vanish.

I am getting the same issue while charging the phone and using the Always on Display ,

I have to Unlock my phone using Fingerprint but after few seconds it turns yellow Automatically.

This only happens while I charge or put the phone on "always On Display"

This issue solves when I am not using the "Always on Display" and not charging my phone ,

Is this a hardware issue or a software bug ,After taking my phone to Service center ,they tell my phone is absloutely ok and docent have any issues .

I have also done all the above steps Same as you but the issue still persists.

Can Samsung do the necessary steps and sort this out
