Galaxy SI just got a new Samsung Galaxy S10+. I also have a pair of Sennheiser HD4.40B Bluetooth headphones which I had been successfully using with my older Redmi 5 Plus.
When I ran a bluetooth device scan on the S10+ with the headphones switched on, the headphones do not appear on the list of available devices. So I can't pair the headphones to the phone.

Galaxy Sgoto sennheizers website and look for reset bluetooth headphone ( Your model )
generally sennheiser headphone reset can be done like the following
Simultaneously press the power button and the one next to it for four seconds. The LED flashes purple three times. This resets the headphones.
