I am an iPhone user since 10 years , this year I decided to move to android and the best android phone is Samsung .
Therefore , I have bought S22 ultra , the hardware is outstanding, however , the software was horrible.
I waited till the march update and done all the possible changes , but still the same issues .
Hence , I approached the Samsung 's customer service to support , the feedback was " our team will call you today " , and this today never came .
It is been 6 days and no one call .
Now, I am selling my S22 ultra today , and go back to iPhone .
Just today I understood the massive difference between Apple care and Samsung care .
