WhatsApp contacts not showing names

I bought samsung latest S23 and whatsapp most contacts names not showing. I have raised request on 27 and called customer service still no solution from samsung. No one replied.

Service is not good

I have shifted from iphone to Samsung

I think that it's because you saved those contacts on the phone not the SIM or if you switched to e-sim or to regular SIM

Hello,

Kindly open the Settings app and tap Apps. Tap on the three vertical dots in the top-right corner and tap Permission manager. Then, go to Contacts and select WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business from the list of applications. Ensure the circle for Allow is checked.
