The worst experience in my life.. I bought a Samsung S24Ultra and due to the circumstances of the illness and death of one of my relatives, I was unable to open the device. When I opened it in one of the Samsung centers to install screen protection, the accessories worker told me that there was a scratch inside the screen and advised me to go to the main center. I went and they took the device and admitted that there was a manufacturing defect, but they refused. They replaced it because according to their policy, a week has passed since I received it, and now they are forcing me to receive the phone in its condition or to repair it while bearing the costs. I am now in a state of extreme anger that forces me to break this phone because of my experience with Samsung customer service.

You can file a consumer protection complaint or contact Samsung's parent company in Korea and explain the problem via email

Kindly provide the service order number after submitting the phone in the service center to be able to investigate the case.
