Battery Drain and Heating Issue after One UI 7 Update – Galaxy S24 Ultra

Hello everyone,

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, and after updating to One UI 7, I've started experiencing some serious issues:

The battery drains very quickly, even when the phone is idle.

The phone gets hot easily, especially when using apps like Fleet.

These problems never existed before the update.

Is anyone else facing the same issue? If yes, please share your experience. I also request Samsung to look into this matter and provide a fix as soon as possible.

Yes, the problem of Battery Drainign since the UI7 update has started in my phone as well.

It's just your phone less learning the usage pattern. It will sort itself. Mine is fine now

1. Clear Cache: Go to Settings > Apps > One UI Home > Storage > Clear Cache.
2. Update Software: Ensure your device is running the latest software version by going to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install.
3. Disable Unnecessary Features: Check for any unused features or widgets that may be consuming battery.
4. Force reboots your device by pressing and holding the power and volume down buttons simultaneously for more than 7 seconds and your device will reboot.

This has done nothing for my phone.
I still have the issue with the phantom battery drain, nothing running in the background.

1. Yes on 14th June I updated my m35 on one ui7 and after that my phone started getting several problems like heating and battery draining. This is my request to samsung please fix this issue with an upcoming patch update
