Galaxy SWhat I have done is switch off the phone for few mins and place it on the wireless charger without starting it. It displays that phone is charging.
After around 7 to 8 mins I have started the phone and now it's working fine from last 25 to 30 mins while I M typing this comment

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

Galaxy SHowever, I'm unable to reproduce the issue and the wireless charging problem has been fixed automatically.
You can check my last comment that I have mentioned earlier about that.
