Wifi calling not working 99% of the time

Hi There,

Can someone help me resolve the issue with WiFi calling in my S20 FE 5G?

 I have it on but most of the time it says VoLTE only. I have added screenshot as well. 

I am on latest Android 13 One UI 5.1, with Feb 2023 security patch.

I solved it on my own. Need to go to wi-fi calling setting and select wi-fi preferred.

This option is disabled for jio user.
