I was unable to stream any video on any OTT platform in HD 1080p. Then I checked my DRM info, and noticed that my Widevine L1 got downgraded to Widevine L3.

To resolve this issue, what should we do now!
We need to update our google play system. For that please follow the path
Settings -> Security and privacy -> Google play system updates and then search for update install and restart. It will again revert back to Widevine L1. This works every time.

If your google play systems is updated to the latest version, then you need to do factory reset of your device. Make sure to keep backup of your phone.

Every one is facing this issue.

Best solution is after every month update you need to log out from Netflix, uninstall the app, restart the phone, install the app & you will get L1 back. No need for factory reset 😆

Thank you pal, after doing restart this issue resloved. But there is no permanent solution. So Samsung should fix this problem. As its nearly 10 months after the launch of s23 series. But there is no solution from samsung.
