Galaxy SBest solution is after every month update you need to log out from Netflix, uninstall the app, restart the phone, install the app & you will get L1 back. No need for factory reset 😆

Galaxy SSettings -> Security and privacy -> Google play system updates and then search for update install and restart. It will again revert back to Widevine L1. This works every time.
