Why samsung apps using microphone anonymously without permission?

I found that whenever someone is speaking or any sound is playing near my phone microphone is used by Samsung apps. Why?

Google is always active even it is disabled.

I think Bixby is using microphone.. You can't even disable that.

Try disabling microphone permission and check if apps work normally then.

They are working because you have given the permission while setting it up.

One UI, edge panel doesn't even have microphone permission
